This Privacy Policy explains how Nova AI Platform, owned and run by Thu Thao ("Nova AI Platform", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you use novaaiplatform.com, its apps and any service we provide (the "Services").

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name (optional) and email address when you register, sign in or contact us.
• Content you create or upload — text, images, files and settings you enter into an app so it can produce your output. We only use this content to provide the Service to you.
• Purchase information — when you buy a paid app, our payment partners (for example WarriorPlus) handle your payment. We receive your name, email, the product purchased and transaction ID. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and timestamps, collected through server logs and the cookies needed for sign-in and security.

Each Nova app runs on its own novaaiplatform.com address with its own sign-in. This policy applies to all of them.

2. How we use information

• To create and manage your account and deliver the apps you use.
• To process purchases and refunds.
• To send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts, important service notices).
• To send news about new apps and occasional offers only if you opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To provide support, prevent abuse and keep the Service secure.

3. AI processing

Some apps send the text or images you provide to third-party AI providers to generate results. Your inputs are sent only for that purpose and are subject to those providers' data policies. Do not submit confidential or personal data about other people into AI tools.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, AI providers), with authorities when required by law, or with your consent.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in, session and security. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may then not work.

6. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Generated files and uploads may be deleted after a period of inactivity. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time by emailing thuthao07082002@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS and passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.

9. Children

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email.
