Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of novaaiplatform.com and all apps, tools and digital products provided by Nova AI Platform, owned and run by Thu Thao ("Nova AI Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a product you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Nova AI Platform is owned and run by Thu Thao. Contact: thuthao07082002@gmail.com.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person unless we agree otherwise.

3. Licence to use our apps

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your own business. Unless an app's own page says otherwise:

• You may use the outputs you create commercially and keep all revenue from them.
• You may not resell, share, rent or sublicense access to the apps themselves, or share your login.
• You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape or build a competing product from our software or templates.

4. Your content and AI outputs

You own the content you upload and the outputs you generate, and you are responsible for them, including checking that anything you publish or sell is accurate, original and legal.

Trademarks and copyrighted characters. You must not use our apps to create content featuring characters, brands, logos or works owned by others unless you have a licence. We may block such prompts and suspend accounts that attempt it.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate. Review everything before publishing. Amazon KDP, Etsy and other platforms have their own rules on AI content and you are responsible for following them.

5. Purchases, pricing and refunds

Paid apps show their price in USD before checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partners, such as WarriorPlus. One-time purchases have no recurring charges. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to spam, harass, infringe rights, distribute malware, break any platform's terms of service or break any law. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

7. No earnings claims

Our apps help you create and promote digital products faster. We make no promise that you will earn any particular amount, or anything at all. Your results depend on your effort, skill, niche, pricing and market conditions.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability, but the Service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may add, change or retire features and apps.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, unless the consumer law of your country gives you additional rights.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
