Free account and free apps

The Nova AI Platform account and the apps marked free cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can delete your account at any time.

Paid Nova apps — 30-day money-back guarantee

If you buy a paid Nova app and it does not work as described, or you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

To request a refund, send the email address you used to buy, the name of the app and your receipt or transaction ID to thuthao07082002@gmail.com. We usually reply within 1–2 business days. Money returns to the original payment method; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

If you bought through WarriorPlus, you can also request the refund through your WarriorPlus purchase page, which forwards it to us.

What is not covered

• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
• Accounts suspended for breaching our Terms of Service (for example sharing logins, scraping, or generating infringing content).
• Repeated purchase-and-refund of the same product.
